Overview
This is a meditation and cooking education app screen. It renders a paginated feed of culinary skill programs (Knife Skills, Baking, Seasonings, etc.) and individual cooking sessions. The interaction model is scroll-based discovery with tap-to-expand cards. You get a full, production-ready detail page that handles loading states, refresh control, and smooth transitions between content sections.
Use cases
Fits educational wellness apps, cooking/recipe platforms, and skill-building flows where users browse structured programs. Particularly suited for onboarding journeys where you want to establish a calm, exploration-first pattern before pushing users toward CTAs. Works as a discovery tab in a larger app or as a standalone modal flow.
